Had some issues initially with the Turbo Speed Up feature but the team worked hard and put in a lot of efforts to help fix it and actually speed up my site. They put in genuine effort and fixed everything they could to achieve this. Thanks team!

Regarding the increase in loading time, our support team has reached out to explain that the performance drop you observed was due to a poor LCP score rather than the Turbo feature itself. Furthermore, the speed-up process was reverted as soon as you raised concerns, ensuring that our app did not further impact your website’s performance. However, the loading time is still slow, indicating that our app doesn't contribute to this earlier.
We’ve also addressed the glitch on your banner as soon as it was reported. Our technical support team confirmed that no changes were made to your live theme from our end at that time, but we took immediate action to resolve the issue.
As for the view switch from wide to normal, this was a theme-related issue, not directly linked to our app. We worked on fixing it and have explained this during our recent call.
