I keep running into a syntak error when I make changes in the Avada app, I'm worried about this issue and may end up being a deal breaker for me at the end of my free trial, I'm still undecided. But tonight I made some improvements, and I ran into the same error. I hopped on chat and Esther answered right away. I explained my issue and provided her the error I got. She contacted Technical Support and Toby assisted and he was able to quickly fix the issue. I have to say that the Customer Service is top notch with Avada, which is why I'm on the fence with staying or leaving, having the support they have, I quite impressive. The App is so simple to use and seems to make SEO effortless. Small hiccup on installation but Sunny fixed it with minutes on the Chat service and I was off again. Can't wait to see the effects.
