I've been using this Shopify app for the past 2 months and it's been excellent for improving my store's SEO and page speed. The automatic image optimization and lazy loading features have significantly boosted my site's performance, while the SEO tools have helped me rank higher in search. Highly recommended for Shopify store owners.
I need this app. I don't have the time to fix broken links based on how my products are set up. However, I was a little unsure if I was doing it right. So I hopped on the Customer service chat. The customer service with Avada is supportive and quick. Emily, was able to verify everything was running smoothly. I appreciate her help and giving me the confidence in knowing my business is running without any hiccups. I can focus on creating products and not worry about broken links. Thank you again, EMILY!!

Using a duplicate theme allows you to avoid unexpected changes since some features may conflict with your existing theme code, especially considering any third-party apps that might be integrated.
According to our records, it appears that the speed optimization was initially applied directly to your live theme on July 22nd, despite warnings provided within the app. This is likely what caused the unexpected alteration to your footer's layout.
Please rest assured that any changes made through our speed optimization can be reversed by deactivating the specific feature or deactivating the app. Moreover, our technical support team is fully prepared to assist in ensuring all features are compatible with your theme.
