Christian, Viola and others, were both extremely helpful and patient, guiding me through every step and answering all my questions in detail.

Their team is now helping us with manual speed optimisation, and I appreciate how transparent they are about the process. They also provided helpful insights on fixing favicon issues, H1 tags, and overall site performance. The support alone makes this app worth it.

I've had an issue with JS deferral not working in the app. I reached out and was very promptly assisted by Juliana; very friendly and helpful. She then referred my query to the technical team, and Viola resolved my query in no time. The app is working working great now. I find the SEO tool very helpful. App continuously redirected links that weren't broken. No warning, no reason, just redirecting links without permission or notification. This effected product visibility and SEO tremendously. Any SEO changes that were applied to metadata or descriptions were never reflected to search engines. Quite literally the worst SEO tool I've ever used. Not sure how it has so many positive reviews.
