Amazing App and Outstanding Customer Support!

I recently installed Avada AI SEO for Shopify, and I honestly did not expect this level of support from a free app.

Almost immediately after installing it, I connected with a real person via chat who helped me set everything up and, more importantly, took the time to educate me on how the app works.

I first worked with Pamlea, who was extremely helpful and patient. When she had to leave at the end of her shift, she didn't just disappear or leave me hanging. She connected me with another team member, Kaylinn, who picked up right where we left off and continued providing excellent support.

That really impressed me.

I've worked in digital marketing for many years and have used plenty of SEO tools and Shopify apps. Great software is important, but having knowledgeable people available to actually help you understand and configure it makes a huge difference.

And the crazy part? This level of customer support was included with the free service.

Of course, they also offer paid plans with additional features and more advanced technical assistance, but I love that they don't treat free users like second-class customers.

So far, I'm extremely impressed with Avada AI SEO, a great app, excellent onboarding, and genuinely helpful customer service.

Shopify sites' theme codes do not optimzie seo for blogging. If you need a blog on your site, the layout and design are very restrictive. This app closes that gap significantly. I've downloaded and tested all the blog apps with 4 stars or higher on the Shopify app store and can honestly say this app is the best as of the date of this review. It provides the best balance of features and ease of use for the user; the cost is reasonable, and customer service/reponse is top-notch. They have people replying to the live chat instantly if you have questions, no matter what hour you are working on your site. I've had a few technical issues; while the agent on the chat may not be able to instantly resolve the issues, they always follow through with the support ticket to resolve the issue quickly. And most importantly, the app just works.

Excellent customer service! The app itself does exactly what it promises for image optimization and SEO, but the support makes it totally worth it. Kaylinn from the Avada team was super helpful and guided me through everything I needed. Thank you, Kaylinn!

After spending thousands of pounds on useless SEO companies, I came across this app and thought it might be worth a try.
I have to say that I'm super impressed. It makes SEO so easy. I'm actually enjoying doing it. There are a lot of automated features but you also have a lot of control if you want it.
In a short space of time it's already made a difference.
The customer service team have been amazing. They respond almost instantly and have helped me navigate the set up and have given me really useful help and advice.
At the moment, I can't say enough good things about this App.

Really useful app with a ton of free features which I like. The support from the online chat was incredible as well. Penelope was my chat agent and talked me through everything step‒by‒step to help my site load faster and get my collections to show up on Google. She even helped me integrate my review app for Google results too!

I conducted a scan using the Avada App and it came back with a list of issues that needed addressing. What a useful app! I am not a digital native - quite the opposite and need some guidance at times with all things "computer". I sent a message to Avada's support team and Tiana came to my rescue. She was wonderful. Tiana went through the entire list of issues prmptly and efficiently. But where her service impressed me the most she directly assisted me where she could and where I had to address ian issue instead, Tiana provided me with excellent guidance and patience at all times and without making me feel like a complete, computer illiterate fool.
