The app has its limitations (we cannot have size charts in multiple languages, or different size charts for different countries).
The designing of the size chart is not very friendly, nor it works well when you're designing for mobile. However, when asking for help in the chat, the team was quick to connect with one of their engineers that solved this mobile designing issue quickly.
Support works wonders. Esther was very hands-on to help us on an issue.
I used this for one size chart and it was relatively easy to follow and navigate. Fingers crossed it helps our customers!
So far great, customer support is amazing they fixed my issue right away. Hana is very responsive. Great Job
how do i change/add size charts for different products (ex. shoes, tops, jackets, Asian, pants etc...)
Thank you for leaving the question. Our size chart app is freely customizable so that you can add and edit unlimited size chart for different products.
