This size chart app offers the best feature among all FREE apps. It gives options to insert images, text, tables and formatting options.

Although those charts are more for fashion - clothes and shoes - Hana helped me and she made an unique ring size chart just for me!
And all that on no time. If possible, I would give 6+ stars!
