Great support (especially Prakash) and a tool that will save me money while I try to build my business and customer base! I suggest anyone getting started to try this out if you are like me and want to boost sales.
app is a great tool for online stores to boost sales by suggesting additional products to customers at checkout. It's user-friendly and customizable, making it a valuable addition to any upselling strategy.
The app is very user-friendly even for first-time users. Their support team is top-notch and very friendly. Will definitely recommend to my colleagues.

doesnt work. the chat button on their website also doesnt work. I want to enter my "admin" site on their upselling app and it says my password is incorrect. I cant get a new one, I cant see my mail address. I dont know how this got so many good reviews.
Does not work as intended at all. the upsell is not appearing in cart page, and there is no option of upsell in product page, only appears as pop up.

Upon my checking in our roadmap, we are currently focusing on Upsell/Cross-sell Popup. Once the feature is fully optimized for the best user experience, we will start developing Upsell/Cross Inline type.
We know that the app is not for everyone. Someone may prefer Popup type while other users like you love Inline type. We hope you understand that we always try our best to improve the app that works flawlessly for you and your shoppers.

First off, I'd like to apologize that our app didn't work the way you expected it to. I noticed in your review that you mentioned being limited to creating only funnels. Could you kindly let me know what specifically you felt was missing? In reality, our app actually lets you create unlimited upsell and cross-sell funnels. Each funnel can be customized with triggers to show offers, discounts, unique designs, etc.
We notice that you installed the app but left after just 3 minutes. It is pity that we have not had any chance to support you during the short time. I'd really appreciate the chance to reconnect with you to discuss your experience in more detail. Any feedback you could provide would be incredibly helpful to us.
