This company has become an essential component to my arsenal of pro apps and tools that allows my store to offer the key features that are needed in order to run a successful business. The support is always online and ready to serve and answer any questions you may have. It's amazing that they offer these apps at no cost. Incredible! WORKS WELL, BUT CAVEAT! There is a critical bug that could cost you a lot of money. We encountered an error, and wound up solving it on our own as Avada support didn't seem familiar with their own documentation. First of all, the app's documentation instructs you to create a Shopify shipping plan for your free shipping promo, setting the "cost" field to "$100". This seems counter-intuitive, but according to the documentation, is necessary for the proper functioning of the Avada plugin. By itself, without the plugin, this would charge the customer $100 for "Free shipping", which is obviously incorrect. With the app, however, it uses this field as the dollar amount that the customer must spend in order to achieve free shipping. We did exactly as instructed, tested that it was working, and were done (or so we thought). The next day, thankfully, a customer notified us that his "Free" shipping was charging him $50 (the threshold we had set our free shipping amount to). We asked him for a screenshot, and sure enough, he was right. While we couldn't replicate the error on any of our devices, the system was definitely trying to charge him $50 when he qualified for free shipping. We immediately reached out to Avada support, and for their part, they responded in ~12 hours or so. However, the rep seemed to think that we had made an error in setting the price to "$50", which is explicitly stated in the documentation. At this point we were losing money, and rather than educate them about their own product, we simply tried creating a duplicate free shipping option in Shopify, with all the same conditions, but this time set the price to $0. Having both plans running simultaneously works perfectly from what we have been able to tell, and there have been no further customer complaints. Hopefully this saves some other store owners some headache until this issue gets fixed.

We are really happy to have installed this piece of software. The interface is clean and the learning curve extremely fast. Tons of customization options. But the STRONGEST feature of AVADA is their post sales SUPPORT. When we installed, We found an small isuue with other plugin and they INMEDIATELY started solving. Please do not forget, this guys are helping our companies for FREE so I can only say THANKS AVADA TEAM. After some months working perfectly with this amazing plugin, I tried a new config and this amazing guys have helped me again and very quickly with the configuration. Again,their support is awesome.

This is a review after using the plugin for over 20+Days. We have always faced abandoned cart issue due to Shipping charges. After opting for this plugin, the abandoned carts have dropped since the customers are well aware about the cost and how they can save up.

The AOV has increased by 1.25-1.5x so far and we are very happy with this free plugin. Big ups to the team.

Very easy to use, and the tutorial is simple to follow as well. Love it, I think they need to add international shipping in the bar or they have and I have not sean it yep. I will give it 5 stars because it explains as you go, what else can you ask?

A lot of customizations and options that you can add on the shipping bar. I was looking at other shipping bar apps, but this one has the most features and It's free! Their support also helped me fixed some issue with my theme very quickly. Highly recommend for your website's shipping bar.
