Get customer service. Prompt help after having difficulty getting a link to the tracking page on my footer menu. Looking forward to using the app and relieved their is help on the backend when I need it.

Yeah, this app may not have the most ratings ever. BUT. I reached out to these guys with difficult queries, such as integrating a currency-converter with my FSB, and they manually changed the entire app's code to accommodate me. I believe in customer service and you know what, this app's customer service is THE BEST! Thanks Avada.

Such an awesome and would be great value for a small cost, but there is no cost so it's exceptional value!
Easy to set up and you can check in real time how it looks on your page (just don't add a close button until you've finished the set up otherwise if you click it, you'll have to wait the allotted time till it shows again).
Highly recommended!

The best customer support ever! These guys surely know how to look after their customers. The fact that all their four apps that I have downloaded in both my stores now are free and their commitment to their customers is absolutely phenomenal. I had Thomas from their team attend to my queries and he went above and beyond to help me out. If there were more than 5 stars I would gladly vote them all. The shipping bar is something I really love as it does an excellent job.
Give the apps from Avada a go and I'm sure there will not be a regret for anyone. Highly recommended!

Honestly, it's really refined and flawless for a free app. Other order tracking apps would require you to pay but this is completely free. So why not? I downloaded it just to try it out and I've had some trouble setting it up at first due to my lack of knowledge but the assistance I've received from Daisy at AVADA was flawless. She was so patient throughout the whole process the fix was so fast. Wow! AVADA deserves more reviews for this. I have their SEO app and this app and it's already such ease! Thanks for this :)
