We requested many changes for our store. Even though we had some minor problems with delivery times, we were pleased with Avis. The person who helped us the most during this process was definitely JUDY, who patiently and carefully took into account everything we said, was very kind and wanted to help us in the best way possible. I'm blown away by this product and the service the staff offer. This week I've been updating my website and tailoring it to the products I offer. I've struggled a bit and Lucy at Avis has been such an incredible help. On hand immediately and found the solutions I needed straight away. I highly recommend Avis. I had a few issues with the app that I'm not sure if it's just my website or if every app user has the same issues, but the customer service team has been helpful and responsive at all times of the day. Henry, Aylin, Lucy as well as everyone else directed me well. I haven't launched my new version of the website yet because of how long this took (we have lots of options) but I'm sure if I had problems they will be quick to assist.

There are a few niggles I have with it but overall it's a great app, that integrates with our theme flawlessly. It's probably has one of the best support teams I have used with an app, Lucy is so helpful and lovely, nothing is too much. Highly recommend this app by the Avis team!
