Avis is great tool for shopify to expand your product customisation options! I use it across 2 websites and started around 2 years ago, it’s easy to setup and use and with the support that I received from the Avis team client team and dev team has been tremendous and especially Aylin recently who has been super supportive with my query which I got updated about every couple of days as the issue was getting resolved. 10/10

We requested many changes for our store. Even though we had some minor problems with delivery times, we were pleased with Avis. The person who helped us the most during this process was definitely JUDY, who patiently and carefully took into account everything we said, was very kind and wanted to help us in the best way possible. After trying a few product options apps, finally landed with Avis and really happy with it! Super great customer support - we had a bit of a complicated issue that the team prioritized and sorted out very promptly.
We also really love that this product options app allows you to create a variant based off of an existing Shopify variant - it’s made a huge difference with what we can offer.

I was looking for an app to use for product addons directly on the product page and Avis product options definitely fits the bill. You can create custom options for each product or bulk products, and also add pricing, which reflects in the cart as well. Excellent design and will be using now and into the future!

I had a few issues with the app that I'm not sure if it's just my website or if every app user has the same issues, but the customer service team has been helpful and responsive at all times of the day. Henry, Aylin, Lucy as well as everyone else directed me well. I haven't launched my new version of the website yet because of how long this took (we have lots of options) but I'm sure if I had problems they will be quick to assist.
