I only just started using this app but so far the support team has been so responsive and helpful. It is allowing me to add a couple options to my product pages that I don't want to affect the inventory and so far is exactly what I needed.

I wanted to add upsell items to certain products on my store. This app makes it so the additional product or products can be added to checkout, without leaving the main product page! This is my main use of the app but numerous other options are available. I highly recommend this app to other users wanting to increase the cart value and easy implementation of bundling products for the customer. I had an issue, but Amy reached out by email while I was sleeping. I started on my option sets and Molly jumped in right away and took me by the hand step by step. So simple to use! Support is Amazing!! And....Icing on the cake is the price. FREE!!

The app is super easy to use. The support is outstanding. Jasmine was very quick to respond and help in setting up the option sets. Would recommend this 1000% over any other product option apps. They even helped me migrate the Option sets from my test store to live.

The customer service team is professional and fast response. We met issues with the color design we want is not able to update in our website.
