Over 24 hours I have been helped by 4 wonderful women. Hena, Andrea, Lucy and Emily.
I really struggled to ge my head around what I had to do but they messaged back so quickly and produced videos to help me understand better.
I had previously downloaded a differnet APP and was waiting over 50 minutes for assistance. Not with this APP, they are available all day everyday and I waited no longer than a few minutes each time.

This is what we were looking for and the staff is of GREAT help! Thank you so much. We can't wait to get this fully implemented now. first of all I want to say that I used a few customization apps. this one by far is the best looking and easiest to use.
second, the customer service is amazing! they helped me with some special options I wanted in my store. they were happy and very quick to help me and update me personally through all the process. I'm glad I found this app!

I'm only using a few of the features in this app, but the ones I am using are clean and aesthetically pleasing.
There is a CSS box that allows you to customize the features further which I really appreciate.
Support was fast and effective at helping with a minor issue.
