I recently made the switch to this app and the instantly fell in love with it. The app integrated so well with my custom theme. There were a couple items I needed help with, but Emily and Chloe were fantastic in helping me get these items resolved quickly. I was confused on how to work the app and reached out through chat. Judy was absolutely the best, she helped me set up my variations for a couple of products and helped me with deleting a variant that was randomly attached to one of my products. I greatly appreciate all of her help!

I'm only using a portion of the app, but it suits are purposes beautifully! I also had an issue shortly after setting it up, but there were very responsive in fixing the issue and also helped with CSS!

first of all I want to say that I used a few customization apps. this one by far is the best looking and easiest to use.
second, the customer service is amazing! they helped me with some special options I wanted in my store. they were happy and very quick to help me and update me personally through all the process. I'm glad I found this app!
