Jody helped me above and beyond! I contacted the customer service to remove their watermark on my website, and after helping me remove it, she made some recommendations on how to improve the use of the app on my website, and how to make it look nicer. After agreeing with her she made the changes and my website looks much better now! Thank you so much!

Judy and Jayden helped to write the CSS code and made the experience of the app beautiful. The app is lightweight and works better than any similar app. I have tested around 4 free apps and I think my search is stopped with this one. Have a great year ahead and Happy New Year 2023.
Update:
They tried a lot but they cannot able to fix the problem I raised. So I have to leave this app and go back to my old fully working app that is by Globo.
