My webpage is designed for B2B purposes.
I tried to find B2B login with VAT verification.
There are lots of apps supporting custom login format but most of them didn't support VAT verification feature. But this app DOES!

Also, I contacted the customer service several times asking them to fit the registration form design to my website and making the form as the default registration form and all of them were solved so quickly.

VAT verification feature and customer service of this App is the most outstanding point.

In a nutshell, it does what it's supposed to do and does it flawlessly. Setup was also quick and easy. We were also helped quickly and directly with the theme change.

The app does what it says, simply perfect.
They customer support is 5***** , amazing.
They respond within 1-2 hours, they connect fix and update.
I am really glad to pay their monthly fee , they deserve it.

I run a b2b Shop and b2b Handsfree works perfectly for me.
The support is really fast and very helpful, we could solve some minor tasks within 24 hours. I definitely recommend this app!!!

Leider funktioniert der Zugang nur selten, da der Server häufig überlastet ist. Dadurch können sich meine Kunden auch bei mehreren Versuchen über den Tag verteilt nicht einloggen. Das ist sehr bedauerlich.

Hallo Tristan,

wir hatten zu diesem Thema ja bereits einen Support-Austausch und ich hatte dir erklärt, dass uns hier die Hände gebunden sind, da das Problem beim offiziellen Server der EU-Kommission bzw. bei den Servern der jeweiligen EU-Mitgliedsstaaten liegt, die in Echtzeit abgefragt werden, und nicht bei uns. Es gibt leider nur diese eine Möglichkeit, EU USt.-IDs rechtssicher zu validieren und leider ist dieser Service zu Spitzenlastzeiten manchmal überlastet, was dann zu den Fehlermeldungen oder langen Wartezeiten führt. Wir hätten das Problem schon längst gelöst oder umgangen, aber leider gibt es zu dem Service der EU-Kommission keine Alternative.

Darüber hinaus möchte ich auch klarstellen, dass das Problem ausschließlich die REGISTRIERUNG eines Kundenkontos über B2B Handsfree betrifft, NICHT den LOGIN in ein bereits vorhandenes Kundenkonto. Das Problem tritt nur bei der Validierung der USt.-IDs auf und diese erfolgt einmalig bei der Registrierung. Sobald das Kundenkonto aktiv ist, kann sich der Kunde einloggen und dieser Prozess ist der reguläre Login-Prozess von Shopify, an dem unsere App in keiner Weise beteiligt ist.
