I am very impressed with this app. I was looking for a simple B2B solution that offers net terms to my customers AND discounts for select customers/groups. There are other apps out there, and I tested 2 others before settling on this one. Combing this app with the Net Terms app is a perfect solution.
This app easily lets you set up discounts. You can show the original price, or not. And plenty of settings to get it looking just how you want it.
Emma and the tech team were very responsive and helpful. I am a happy camper!

Bss Commerce's customer service representative Emma provided quick and very helpful service. They integrated their system into our Shopfy theme really quickly and there are no bugs. I am really happy with the service they provided. I would recommend their services to others!

This is Jonas - Customer Support Lead from BSS Commerce. On behalf of the team, we are so sorry for the bad experience that you faced with our app so far.
First of all, as a 3rd-party app provider, it's pretty difficult for us to be compatible with other 3rd-party apps since we might have different logic and mechanism. We might be able to make it work with them only if they agree with the collaboration and customization on their end as well. Really sorry for this but it's quite a common issue with many Shopify 3rd-party apps. If you can give us another chance, we can for sure make some more efforts to check further.
Also, due to the different timezone, we were not able to respond at the time you contacted us but the team has always tried to reach back or deal with your issue within 24 hours. Sometimes, we did send a few follow-ups to make sure the app is alright on your end but got no responses.
Regarding the pricing issue, we have to balance between all resources we put to the app and our pricing plan. So sorry if you feel that way but you can for sure keep us informed on that and we can together come up with a workaround for your case.
Overall, we don't want any bad experience happen to you as such so hopefully we will have another chance to help you utilize our app for your business and improve your experience.

Only new so still working it all out, had an issue and the team were fantastic and got it working for me. Very prompt and friendly service especially since it was a Sunday I contacted them.
