I needed a solution for my e-commerce shop to launch our wholesale program and this app did everything I needed and more. It was a serious game changer that allowed us to grow our wholesale business quickly and profitably. It has even given us solutions for other customer segments as we have grown. The most important thing, however, was the amazing, ongoing and seamless support by this team. Without them, we would have been lost. This app has been excellent for our business. Allowing for separate logins, pricing based on customer accounts and allowing us to easily group customers based on their registration forms. We have received excellent support from Emma and Riley who have helped us to integrate our app with our website with ease and efficiency. This app is definitely game changing if you are planning to open a shop for your B2B client. There are tons of customization opportunities and everything work pretty smooth. Moreover the customer support is fantastic and very quick!

Great app functionality and exceptionally good customer service! We have very complex scenarios in our shop, involving selling to b2c and b2b customers in several countries and with different VAT rates and the BSS Commerce team did a great job in customizing the app to our needs. Especially Emma from customer support and Minh Dang the technician, who was working on our requirements very hard need to be mentioned. Without those two, we could not have realized our store the way we planned, so I cannot thank them enough for their commitment and clear communication for setting everything up in the way we needed it. This was very important, as we had our own customization in place, which needed to function properly with the app of BBS Commerce. The development team of BSS Commerce was able to integrate our own customization perfectly into the logics of their app, so we could get our desired results. During my time in e-commerce, I have worked with a lot of service providers, national and international, and I have to say, the BSS Commerce team stands out from all of them due their dedication and professional attitude and their flexibility! Even when I had a request during the Chinese New Year holiday, I was answered quickly and my request was resolved, even in this special time. Normally it is extremely unlikely to get feedback during this important national holiday, but the BSS Commerce team was there for us anyway.
