Good customer service !
I encountered several problems with the installation of the application which were all resolved very quickly with the BSS team.

This app is the perfect solution if you want to utilize B2B functions but don't have the sales to justify upgrading to Shopify Plus. Jennie and Nguyen Tien Hau have provided great support in setting up our system and making some small customizations to our theme. They have been very responsive and a great help in answering all our questions.

The app itself and the support are excellent.
The team installed it, fixed problems and helped me set it up. Jena and Joy in particular helped me a lot. But I think there were others on the team. Many thanks to all of them. If anyone has any doubts about using the app, I can only recommend it.

Out of the box the app has lot of features to offer. And on top of that, Emma and Nguyễn did a great job on offering support for our custom theme. Thanks!

BSS Commerce made an app with plenty of useful functionality for B2B eCommerce. Our first support request was answered quickly and the issue was resolved just as quickly and thoroughly.

I encountered a handful of snags and speed bumps, and they displayed patience, provided informative assistance, and promptly addressed and fixed every problem I had on the site. They even got on the backend of my site and corrected problems instead of just sending me to a help blog like most app do.. I initially considered a free wholesale app, but their prompt and solution-driven service became the decisive factor for me. I am choosing to stick with them because I trust that they will be there to help resolve any problem that may arise in the future.

I needed some assistance with the features and some styling and got a very quick response. They solved my issues right away.

Generally I am very very happy with the app itself and of course very happy with the customer service I recieved from June and Anh. The features in the app is better than expected. They have thought of every little detail. I am very impressed.
