Terrible app, it is very complicated to set up and the support team took a long time to respond. If you use a custom theme, you need a special developer to implement the functions of the app. There is also no way to NOT charge a wholesale customer the VAT fee. When you apply a % discount for a customer across different markets, you need to manually enter a custom pricing for each product price, because the app is not able to automatically calculate the discounted price without the VAT %. We have wasted so many days trying to fix this and get this to work, all to no avail. You are much better off handling the orders manually or try out another app.

The app is very complex and unfortunately quite confusing to navigate. The user interface lacks clarity, making it difficult to find specific features or settings without spending a considerable amount of time exploring. This steep learning curve may be frustrating, especially for users who expect a more intuitive experience.
While the support team is generally friendly and tries to be helpful, they often seem to lack the necessary knowledge to resolve even basic issues, particularly when it comes to more advanced questions about the app or Shopify in general. Communication can also be challenging, as their English skills are sometimes limited, leading to misunderstandings or incomplete answers.

5 stars for the exemplary customer service and ease of app. Am somewhat cautions as I JUST started using, may revisit in a few months and share my experience. First impression - I would recommend for a start-up wholesale. The app is relatively straightforward, the customer service is outstanding, and it is proving to meet my needs.
The app is amazing but in order to let the customers have the best experience i’ve talked to the team for some front end customizations.
First time it was Jonas that tooks care of my requests and he was so good in order to give me all the answers I needed. The customer service is at a very high level.
Then he let me speak with the dev team and Mida was my guy. In few days he made everything I needed and the talk was easy and pleasant.
I totally recommend this app, it’s team is amazing.
This app is good. A lot of customizations that you can add to your store in order to sell to B2B customers right away. Not all features are self adjustable, but customer support is very helpful and attentive. Emma from support really helped a lot with everything we needed.
The app works well for our needs, and it offers many features. Support is always available and promptly resolves any issues. Thank you Jonas for you support.
