Still new the plugin itself, but it appears to do as it promises. A very seamless way to show customers wholesale prices.

The support, however, is outstanding. If there are any problems they address it right away. And they provide extra help like styling pages, etc. that other companies would charge extra for.

So far the support that BSS offers is very very good. They are more than happy to sit down 1-1 and solve your problems.
Jolie in particular has been very helpful and kind. Really excited to get the app live on my site now!

Many thanks to June and dev guys Bui Thanh Phong and Nguyen Van Dong, they have been very professional. June's responses are quick and specifically, she listened to my every detailed requirement and transferred to the dev team efficiently. I have some special requirements with the custom registration form and they helped me to make the form shown correctly though at the beginning it was not shown as I wanted. The team also explain to me very carefully. I also had other requirements such as compatibility with the other app and dev Nguyen Van Dong helped me resolve it well too. All I need to do is to explain my request and tech experts helped me well. June was supportive and she deserves big praise for her support. The tech experts Phong and Dong solved every issue well nearly quickly and accurately and so they were really good at it. Highly recommend this app for anyone to try. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to contact them and they are willing to support you as soon as possible. Thank you guys, and I will reach you again if I may have other requirements!

We are really happy for this solution to our b2c webshop (which is now a b2b webshop too!). Also the support is great, super fast and helpfull.

My questions were fairly basic and arose because I was new to using the app. The chat help line was very quick, helpful and patient with my questions. All issues were quickly sorted and the little videos they sent me helped enormously. I could not be more happy with the scope of options the app offers and the immediate assistance to help even a beginner user. I can't wait to and explore and incorporate more features.

They not only fix your problem but reach out after a few days to see how things are going, test things, and implement specific solutions fast. I don't have enough good things to say about Nguyen Dinh Khanh, Hoa Xuan Duong, Vu Phi Hung and Jonas. Terrific team of people.

We are using the application since two month and we are very satisfied with it. The application is very intuitive, offering us all the options we need for our B to B activity . The team ,Hoa Duong, Minh Dang, Tuli and Jonas, is very reactiv and always available to help us . We had lots of issue and asked them a lots of question .
