I recently had some trouble with how this app interacted with my site. I contacted their customer service team and was blown away! Not only were they extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product, but they were also able to help me resolve the issue in a timely manner.
The two individuals I spoke with, Jennie and Nguyen Van Luan, were truly a pleasure to work with. They answered all of my questions. They even recoded my registration form to better fit my website theme.
I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by BSS. They've gone above and beyond to ensure that their customers are taken care of and have the best experience possible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient B2B app that can do almost anything Shopify plus can do for a fraction of the cost.

We've just started using this app alongside the B2B Lock & Hide prices to make a new B2B platform.
