The app itself has probably one of the widest range of features that I've come across. Some customisation is required, but the app developers are willing to help with any requests to get the app working in the way that suits us.

We needed support in setting up the app. The support team got back to us immediately and communication was very good. The support team successfully set it up for us. We are very happy and the app works as desired. Top service!

I am very satisfied with the App so far, mainly because the customer service team is excellent. Their responses are very timely, and the service is thorough. There were many CSS style adjustments that I didn’t even request, but they noticed and helped me make the changes. I am very grateful for that. Since Shopify themes update quickly, sometimes the App may have compatibility issues, which I think is completely normal. The quality of the customer service is what really matters. My customer service representative, Jonas, was very patient in listening to my requests, and they were able to resolve most of our issues within the same business day. I highly recommend this App.

The B2B Wholesale Solution by BSS is a well thought through application for our Shopify store. It is allowing us to manage our B2B clients in a professional manner. The team at BSS has bent over backwards to help us customize our UI and follow our branding concepts and even went beyond the call of duty to help us fix some glitches that we had on our site, which had nothing to do with the BSS implementation. The team headed by Jolie did an amazing job. I thank them for their professionalism, and their great attitude. Regardless of being half way around the world, it seemed as if they were next door. I have had it installed for a few weeks now and so far our wholesale clients are finding … not noticing it at all which is perfect.

We needed a customization for cart questions visible differently for different customers and they showed us how to edit the code to allow it.
