I needed an app to create a professional section of my website, where certain customers could apply, get approved by my team, and then have access to special prices after logging in. After a lot of research, and some emails with the BSSCommerce developers and salespeople and others, I installed B2B/Wholesale Solution, and B2B/Login & Lock Pages. It has been going great. The apps do exactly what I need, and the support I get when needed is very prompt and knowledgeable. They have even met with me and shared a screen at one point to help had it set up properly to my customized needs, including to figure out what subscription tier I needed to keep my subscription only to the level necessary. Thanks so much to Joy, and Jonas - the support team, and the dev guys - Trinh Viet Anh, Nguyen Quoc Cuong! highly recommend BSS Commerce apps for your shopify store!

Perfect b2b solution! We migrated from Wordpress to Shopify and this app helped us rebuild our b2b goals on our new website perfectly. Everything is possible and the customer support is outstanding.
Also, I needed some extra customization and there are always very quick to reply and to install these extra requirements without any problem.
I think if only some of their different apps 'b2b/wholesale solution', 'b2b login, lock & hide price' & 'b2b portals/net terms' would be in 1 app, that would be even more convenient!

I recently used B2B/Wholesale Solution app and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. Not only did the app work seamlessly, but the customer service team jumped on a call with me and walked me through the entire process of configuring and integrating the app with my Shopify store. This is really the one app, that you need if you need to turn Shopify into a B2B shop.
I use it for assinging prices to customer groups
Special B2B customer registration with extra fields
Registration approval for customer service.
The support for this app is also great, they are in a different timezone, but they come back to me with a solution within 1 day to all of my problems so far.

I am loving this app and there are still so many features that I haven't even enabled yet. I tried another wholesale app before this and I'm glad I made the switch because this app gave me exactly what I was looking for. I had some issues with my form and the customer service was exceptional! I definitely recommend!
