B2B is so helpful and the support is great and always ready to help. I highly recommend this app to others.
This B2B App works well on all ends and has many features that are pretty useful for a B2B Shop. The registration form is very useful, it helps us to create a separate form for our Wholesalera, the process is great too, we can approve a customer before he can buy at a discounted price with the B2B/Wholesale Solution app. We had some problems with the Registration Form design and I reached out to the support team. The Support Agent Jolie Nguyen and Developer Team, are simply great, too! Jolie and her tech team - Nguyen Tien Hau and Mai Van Quy were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. The design that I need is a little complicated and they can fix it as perfectly as I required. They answered really quickly and could manage all our input. Dev... did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed. On the whole, this Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer!

The Team around Jolie Nguyen and the developers Mai Van Quy and Bui Thanh Phong were so helpful and forthcoming. Our store is based on a third-party theme so there had to be made several changes in order for the different functions of the app to work. They helped me throughout the whole process of implementing the functions VAT-Extempt, Registration-Form, Display of Prices inc./excl. Tax. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally. I love the many possiblities the app provides for adding B2B-typical functions to your store. Big shout out to whole team and 5*-stars for your app!

Das Team um Jolie Nguyen und die Entwickler Mai Van Quy und Bui Thanh Phong war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Unser Shop basiert auf einem Drittanbieter-Theme und so mussten einige Änderungen vorgenommen werden, damit die verschiedenen Funktionen der App funktionieren und installiert werden konnten. Sie halfen mir während des gesamten Prozesses der Implementierung der Funktionen Mehrwertsteuerbefreiung, Registrierungsformular, Anzeige der Preise inkl./exkl.Steuer. Alle meine Fragen wurden zeitnah und professionell beantwortet. Wenn es darum geht einen bestehenden Shop mit B2B-Funktionen (relativ schnell und einfach) zu erweitern, ist die App eine eierlegende Wollmilchsau ;) - fast alles ist möglich!

This app is great, it meets all of our B2B needs and is easy to understand. Even when we got stuck on some parts and needed some redesigning work to fit our website and company needs, we contacted the team and Jena Nguyen and dev Bui Thanh Phong resolved our issue with fast and professional turn around throughout. This app allows you to enable the functions you need for your business and has straight forward instructions on how to enable them. We highly recommend the app and are assured we can count on their support team.

So far, the support has been great. As we are on EST in the US, it is a little tricky because of the time difference but they solved something correctly without my immediate input and we were very pleased.

Tons of flexibility with this app - it's incredibly helpful for us. We now use a few of the BSS Commerce apps. The B2B/Wholesale Solution has a lot of flexibility built into it - such as setting custom pricing, tagging that to appropriate wholesale customers - and even the functionality around manual orders is quicker than doing it in Shopify directly. I have to say though, the best part is the support team. Jonas, Hoa Xuan Duong and Pham Le Minh Tri are rock stars - I'm not a developer so my knowledge of customizing is limited. But these guys really jumped in and took on my requests, treating my business as their own. They helped me create the wholesale experience I wanted - quickly and accurately. Even providing suggestions for improvement along the way. Highly recommend the app and their support.

The app works exactly as describe, and I haven't noticed any issues or bugs. We did need a few minor tweaks to make it more compatible with our theme, but Jennie in customer support helped to get the necessary changes made quickly and easily. Definitely happy with our choice so far!

I Use this app to replace 3 apps and works very well. The set up and support are outstanding. I hope they can implement my idea for an additional function but regardless some of the best i have worked with so far.
