Great app, very helpful! I think the features are fairly comprehensive and they give you everything you would need to run a wholesale component to your store. Features were developed thoughtfully and the support team is pretty on top of anything you need. A lot of the functionality is also intuitive and makes it easy to navigate the UX. The app works really well, we needed several adjustments and the support staff were very prompt in getting the changes made. Very happy with the product and especially the support, which is the real value. We've had experiences with many apps, some work well but when you need support it's hard to get, but with B2B I have only had good experiences, I would highly recommend this app.

The B2B Wholesale Solution by BSS is a well thought through application for our Shopify store. It is allowing us to manage our B2B clients in a professional manner. The team at BSS has bent over backwards to help us customize our UI and follow our branding concepts and even went beyond the call of duty to help us fix some glitches that we had on our site, which had nothing to do with the BSS implementation. The team headed by Jolie and Jonas did an amazing job. I thank them for their professionalism, and their great attitude. Regardless of being half way around the world, it seemed as if they were next door. Congratulations to Jonas and Jolie, who did an amazing job of caring and following up on details, and to the BSS team who worked tirelessly and quickly to entertain all my customization. This will solve all of your issues of providing separate pricing for wholesale customers. Not only can you separate wholesale and retail, you can restrict access between the two, have different tier pricing, sign up form for wholesale customers, etc. They have endless features to solve the restriction between the two distinctions.
Also, when you are stuck or can't get something to work the way you need it to, their support is incredible! Their support turnaround time to specific issues alone is worth the price. Can not recommend more.

We use BSS to allow small stores to wholesale our products. You can add important features like file upload requirements (W9, etc) and the entire process is VERY simple. Jonas is amazing and always available to help if any questions come up!
