The customer service (especially Louis) from BSS is outstanding – responses are fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Even with more complex requests like customizations or tax display issues in the B2B setup, the support team takes the time to provide clear solutions and guides you step by step through the process. You feel taken seriously and professionally supported – a true highlight of this app. We still have a few topics where we hope for a more satisfying solution in the future, but we are currently in the testing phase and fully satisfied so far.

I had given this app 5 stars for having so many different functions. Unfortunately, the app is too invasive to the theme's code and any small change can break your website. I followed the team's instructions step by step to remove one of their functions safely, resulting in 404 pages when you clicked on any link or product. They apologised and fixed the issue first thing in the morning, but the result unfortunately is sloppy and my theme not as polished as it used to be and cannot be fixed through the editor. They take the liberty to change the appearance of certain aspects of the website to fix the issues at hand which I do not like.

Working with BSS Solution is the perfect Shopify Plus replacement that has been easy to use. The app is incredibly well-designed and does exactly what you need it to do. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, their customer service team has been quick to respond and always ready to help during operational hours. A special shoutout to Jonas—his expertise and support have been invaluable. I’m truly grateful for his dedication and look forward to continuing to work with this talented team. The app works very well. It has a lot of functions. But those I appreciated more, it is the support. Emma and the tech team have satisfied our requests to customize the theme in short time. I suggest this app to who has needs to work with b2b.

We are very satisfied! In the future, it will hopefully be possible to import prices so that they don't have to be maintained manually and the multilingualism needs to be expanded.
