The application performs all the promised functions perfectly. Additionally, I would like to say about the support; manager Jolie is always in touch and ready to help.

The app works well, and the developers behind it are even better. They have great communication and top-notch support. They are quick and timely with their responses and do everything they can to make sure I feel taken care of as their customer. I look forward to working with them in the future.

This is not a plug an play app. EVERYTHING needs to be installed by the dev team. The flow of how everything works for desktop, requires you to also explicitly request for mobile and tablet as well. This is frustrating when personally, I'd expect the same behaviour for all devices as a default, not the exception. This has led to much frustration.

The only saving grace is that they have been able to provide great customer service and quick solutions to all of the issues raised. However, there have been MANY issues.

I am happy with this app and it's customer support. App team members - Joy, Jonas and Emma, answers very quickly with possible solution. I am grateful.

We did a major customization for our wholesale side of the website and it was thanks to this app and its support, especially to Emma and Leorio. They both are great and able to give us the customization we need based on the requirements we gave them. Although we are in two different time zones - 12 hours apart, they will get back to me the very next day.

We used this app in combination with their B2B Portal/Net Terms app, to create a vendor portal store. The app is simple to use and it worked great! Some features we had to get custom-made and coded by the BSS team due to our specific use case. These customizations would only take a few days and the team outlined the entire build process before starting. The customer service is AMAZING, their team is extremely helpful and attentive to whatever issue you are experiencing and it gave us confidence in using their solutions. I would recommend this app and the B2B Portal/Net Terms app.

i have been working in the shopify platform for a few years now, never have i come across customer support like this from an app developer, Emma is fast, efficient and knowledgeable and this seems to radiate through the whole team. The wholesale solutions app just works, i think people will know how important an app "just working" in shopify really is. we run a complex wholesale format and this covers it. i rate this highly.
