Ich habe vor kurzem begonnen, die B2B/Wholesale Solution-App im Shopify App Store zu verwenden, um bestimmten Kunden in meinem Shop Großhandelspreise anzubieten, und ich muss sagen, dass ich von der Funktionalität und dem Kundensupport der App äußerst beeindruckt bin.

Aber was diese App wirklich auszeichnet, ist der Kundensupport. June Nguyen, meine Unterstützerin, war während des gesamten Prozesses unglaublich hilfreich. Sie ist immer verfügbar, um meine Fragen zu beantworten und alle auftretenden Probleme zu lösen. Die Techniker Cuong Nguyen Quoc und Dong Le Trung sind ebenfalls großartig. Sie sind immer zur Stelle, um bei allen auftretenden technischen Problemen zu helfen, und sie kennen sich mit der Funktionalität der App sehr gut aus.

Wenn das Team einen Weg finden könnte, das JSS zu optimieren und etwas leichter zu machen, wäre das eine große Verbesserung.

Ehrlich gesagt kann ich die B2B/Wholesale Solution App jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der nach einer zuverlässigen und funktionsreichen Lösung für Großhandelspreise sucht. Mit exzellentem Kundensupport und einer Vielzahl nützlicher Funktionen ist es definitiv eine der besten Apps im Shopify App Store.

So far this app sits well above all of the B2B/Wholesale Apps that I have seen or used. The functionality for the price is cheaper and the layout/design is better. The best thing is the support - Joy got back to me right away and was very helpful and Hoang Van Luan was super quick on fixes

We can more than just recommend this app. We have created price lists for wholesale customers and everything works just great. The app works on the simple principle of tagging customers, but it really thinks of everything and is super customizable. Customer support is very active and helpful. They even worked for weeks to program the feature we lacked, a specific minimum order quantity. If you're in trouble with the app, feel free to contact Stephanie, the most helpful customer support person I've ever met. Five stars out of five.

Customer Service is great. We ran into a small issue with the app and they had the issue fixed within the next few days. The app has great features and is very useful for any business looking for B2B custom pricing on Shopify.

We decided to use the B2B/Wholesale Solution App for our Shopify store to meet our client's specific requirements. Our client needed the ability to sell to B2B customers with different pricing and exclude VAT charges for them. This app fulfilled all the necessary criteria our client was seeking. Additionally, for the registration form, our client wanted B2B users to provide a valid EU VAT number along with other mandatory fields.

Thanks to this app, we were able to effectively utilize the same Shopify store for both B2C and B2B customers. However, we did encounter some issues during the setup process, which led us to reach out to the app's support team. We were pleasantly surprised by their exceptional responsiveness and prompt assistance. The support provided by this app's team was truly fantastic.

I've had this app installed since Sept 21st, 2023. And to this date, I'm still sending emails resolving many little bugs and feel handcuffed to this app ecosystem. Here are some things that you should be aware of this app before you download:

* You will always need to pay for a premium features, not just the lower scale one.
* You will need to install separate apps for features that let you customize further. We are a small shop with 11 products and still needed 2 more of their apps, which means two more subscriptions and a total cost of over $125/month for all these services.
* There customer service, while friendly and can fix things in a day or two, is in Vietnam and you have to wait 24hrs for every question to respond.
* There is typically many things labeled differently or built in the app that needs some further discussion/translation as they are labeled differently than I would prefer. I assume this because translating things between Vietnamese and English can cause some hiccups.
* Unless you want to work Vietnam business hours - find a different app with customer support geared towards your time zone.
* In the end, I'm a small business investing 7 weeks of work into this app and no customers actually using it fluidly.
* I have my hands tied that I have to keep this app because of costs and feel I can't make a change, especially with holiday season approaching.

Please be mindful when making a decision - they have great ratings but I suspect it's because throughout my 90+ email chain since 9/21/2023 to date, they've asked me to write a review about once a week. While professional and nice, they look to optimize reviews more than solve my actual problem and it's unfair.

This app allows us to use plenty of functionalities like custom prices based on customers. They even help us to provide specific customisations. Stephanie was dedicated to us on a daily basis to answer all our questions.
