BSS Commerce made an app with plenty of useful functionality for B2B eCommerce. Our first support request was answered quickly and the issue was resolved just as quickly and thoroughly.

App which one solved our b2b problems with our wholesalers. We can set discounts depends on clients identify even for guests which is amazing.

I encountered a handful of snags and speed bumps, and they displayed patience, provided informative assistance, and promptly addressed and fixed every problem I had on the site. They even got on the backend of my site and corrected problems instead of just sending me to a help blog like most app do.. I initially considered a free wholesale app, but their prompt and solution-driven service became the decisive factor for me. Did exactly what we wanted for wholesale customer and displaying prices as inc/ex VAT which other apps we tried did not do.

Setting up which products I wanted to included as wholesale was very easy but when it came to displaying VAT I needed some assistance, I contacted customer service via live chat and June was extremely helpful, as well as developer Cuong Nguyen Quoc. They even worked late to assist us as we are in different timezones. Would definitely recommend.
