Good app, not a 5/5 as things could always be improved but overal it's working. A bit too expensive in my opinion though.

Support funktioniert gut. Jolie konnte bisher in den meisten Fällen relativ zügig helfen. Wird aber auch gebraucht, da doch einige Dinge noch speziell auf den Shop angepasst werden müssen.

Some troubles in the begin, but Namyr has help us very good and fixed the problems we had.
The app is great, but it's confusing and it's a pain to get set up and the customer service hours are not convent.

pros:
1) The support team talks properly to the customer
2) They understand the customer's requirement very well and then give the proper solution.
3) If any issue comes up in the tool then they try their best to resolve it.
4) Customer's query is resolved within 24 hours
5) The tool is easy to configure
6) This tool fulfills the requirements I had.
cons:
1) Customer support is not 24/7
2) There should be something to resolve customer's queries within 24 hours.

App has great features and helpdesk always responds quickly, very service-minded! The only minor issue is that it cannot be combined with add-ons that come with a price (then the price of the add-on just isn't calculated.

Just start to use this app but have to say that the support is quite efficient, within half an hour the issue was located and with a few hours it was already fixed. Moreover the support from Jolie was also quite helpful, she is patient and very cooperative.

We recommend this app. They were some compatibility issues with our custom code but the support answer and solve things pretty quick and the app does the job.
We put 4 stars because the app don't allow the uses of shopify custom codes which we needed.

Some bugs appear sometimes, but the support is always really responsive and professionnal.
