I have just installed the B2B/Wholesale Solution app and did have some struggle with the formatting of some pages but with the super fast and helpful support from June N. and the developer Dong L.T. I have managed to have it up and working as I hoped for. Many thanks again for your kind and fast support. This is how it should be done. The app itself is quite useful as it gives me all I need to support wholesale processes on my shop.

Ich habe gerade die B2B/Wholesale Solution App installiert und hatte einige Probleme mit der Formatierung einiger Seiten, aber mit dem superschnellen und hilfreichen Support von June N. und dem Entwickler Dong L.T. habe ich es zum Laufen gebracht. Nochmals vielen Dank für die freundliche und schnelle Unterstützung. So sollte es sein. Die App selbst ist sehr nützlich, da sie mir alles bietet, was ich zur Unterstützung der Großhandelsprozesse in meinem Geschäft benötige.

I don’t usually post reviews but with this app I felt I really needed to share our experience. Our store had a few custom requirements and the support has been very quick to respond and implement the desired fixes. I have seen that many app developers refer to excuses like “our app is not designed for this feature” but with BSS Commerce I have only seen willingness to understand and meet customer needs.

Big thanks to dev Hai Pham Dinh who quickly helped me with the customization of the Order form on my Portal. And a thank you to dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc who makes sure the Custom Prices is in sync with the portal.
The B2B/Wholesale Solution app is great for anyone wanting to set up B2B function within their website quickly. Setting up wholesale pricing, custom online forms, hiding prices, etc… This app is an “all-in-one” app with fantastic support. I look forward to growing our business with the B2B/Wholesale app!

Firstly the support is really great. Jena Nguyen in particular has been very helpful in assisting us with our B2B-setup. She is very thoughtful with great attention to detail.
We have been able to resolve all our queries so far and the response from the support team has been quick! The app itself is easy to use and understand. I recommend this solution to any business wanting to build their site with B2B functionality while not being able to afford the Shopify Plus plan.

Bonne application qui offre pas mal de services. Quelques amélioration dans la configuration des règles sur les commandes (order limit surtout) nous aideraient beaucoup mais après un premier échange avec le support, très très réactif et efficace, je n'hésiterai pas à leur faire remonter nos besoins. We have been looking for an app that lets us do true wholesale with quantity breaks but also individual custom pricing for our clients. And this app is exactly what we needed. And the best we can manually create orders now in the backend for those customers who prefer to call in rather than place their order online.
