We are very happy with the app so far. Joy and Hoang Van Luan especially were a great help in supporting us during the set-up process and went far and beyond anything we could have expected. On the websites that I have so far managed, I have installed this program. I had a hard time handling issues, so I got in touch with the support staff, and Joy was a supporter who helped me amazingly. The whole team fixed all issues that I reported, from the VAT box, the custom price function to the order note. Every time I contacted them they all supported me well without any hesitation and tried to fullfill my requirement. The app nearly meets our own fulfillment and I have no doubt about that. Especially, Joy is one of the very helpful, friendly, and wonderful agent I have worked with. She really has made my day and I feel so so happy about what she has done to me. I also want to thank the dev Hoang Van Luan, a special tech expert, a master in solving everything and even set up the function for me to run smoothly at my site. I have no more words to say but just want to be thankful for everything for solving my problem quickly. Everytime I report the issue, they nearly fix it just within a day. Now that everything on my store is in order, maybe it will allow customers to order products efficiently so that we can boost sales. Thank you very much to Joy and the support staff once more! Amazing software!

Aplicación 100% fiable y segura cumple con las necesidades y mas, al instalar la APP se tuvieron algunos errores y no funcionaba bien, lo que entiendo ya que cada tema o personalización es diferente.
Pero gracias a la atención brindada por Jolie Nguyen quien hizo un magnifico trabajo revisando los problemas y transmitiendo mis necesidades al técnico Le Trung Dong y Nguyen Van Huan quien sin duda supo solucionar todos los inconvenientes y supo programar y plasmar mis necesidades.
Sin duda la aplicación es buena, pero no seria tan buena si no contara con un soporte técnico tan bueno. Recomendado 100%

Great app, very easy to use, many different features like wholesale discount codes with time limit or usage limit, available customizations and many other things. Jena was super helpful and patient doing the installation and most important showing me how the app works.

Great app that works well for us for customer account approvals. We requested a few customizations and Annie, Duong, Tri and Leorio were able to get everything done in under an hour. Highly recommended.

Great team with great support! I have some issue with the form and they resolve it well. Joy Nguyen is the one who assists me with friendly attitude and good guidance. if any remains unclear, she will ask to clarify again. I would love with this support and keep working you guys. Then the dev expert Nguyen Tien Hau is amazing! The dev first solves one issue with VAT field that is in the code of the theme, though not the responsiblity of the app. Then they help me to restyle the form which is great. Then I want to set spme required fields for the form, they did a great job. The only issue remains with the form is we need the Last Name as required, and they are working on it. Not sure whether they can customize it but we really appreciate their patience and support. It seems like the support agent and the dev team work in harmony and effectively so much. You guys should keep on working as the current and your support service is what makes us feel happy. The app is also good with many modules to explore for wholesale customers. We are happy now and will come back if needing further assistance

We can customize the prices according to the customers, multicurrencies, dual display prices and especially the possibility to edit the forms with a VAT number control for Europe with VIES.
