BSS: B2B & Wholesale Solution

We encountered some problems after installation, and the technicians helped us solve them responsibly. The customer service is also very patient to answer my questions, and will give timely feedback to the questions. I have searched several B2B apps, and I am quite satisfied with the functions of this app, and the direct online communication really improves the efficiency

This app looks really complete, provides a lot of features that can help b2b businesses. Looking forward to see how much more can help me. I really appreciate the customer support, especially from Emma and the technician Hoa Xuan Duong, that were really kind to solve my doubts and problems. Emma especially was really kind and immediately solved all my little problems, like a litlle theme conflict that se was able to solve in less than one hour. I really reccomend the app.

We have installed the B2B/WHOLESALE SOLUTION app in our Shopify store. At the beginning we had a small problem with the theme.

Was difficult first setting up but that may be due to the fact we have around 1300 products to manage. I can imagine it being a lot easier with a smaller store. The customer service from Emma is excellent and she always has rapid replies even with the time zone difference (7 hours). There were a few features which needed tweaking for them to work such as the Autotag feature but it was quickly resolved and works okay now thanks to the Tech guy. Helpful advice and easy steps to follow.

One thing to improve on would be when editing the rules you have to edit them one by one or you can upload a spreadsheet but it means replacing the current rules and they won't come into play unless the new rules have higher priority so I would suggest when starting to put all rules on 99 (Lowest priority). There should be some way to edit your rules in bulk. Also, if your CSV file is wrong, the app will only tell you one error at a time which means uploading the CSV files countless times until all errors are resolved instead of the app telling you all errors at once. The price is slightly high but the app does come with a lot of different helpful features on the advanced plan.

Highly recommend if you're looking to create different prices for different customers without setting up a whole new website!

BSS's B2B wholesale solution is fantastic, and I highly suggest it. The support is really amazing – Josephine- the one who supports me is really nice. I’m not going into detail regarding the BSS B2B wholesale solution because it has so many integration options. My advice is to just try contacting Josephine's help. Josephine was quite helpful in assisting me in finding solutions. She is incredibly efficient and exact in her work, as well as helpful and patient. The technician guy Nguyen Van Dong has fixed the issues really well and the complete customizing procedure took only a few days. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to Josephine and Nguyen Van Dong.

The application worked decently (was a bit slow showing prices at times), but two time updates were made to the application which made our site unusable and we lost many sales. These updates seemed to have been pushed live without much testing from the BSS team. We contacted the BSS team and they were unaware that their application broke our site checkout. They stated that their app was not responsible. 4 days later, they followed back up and said they in fact did see multiple errors in the B2B/Wholesale app that caused our site to break. After issues like this happened twice, we pulled the application from our site because it was not worth the risk of it constantly breaking and bringing down our site.

After one year trying to solve manually the problems that different country taxes can generate, this app is great. You can easily add a button for EU VAT validation in your cart page that makes possible a VAT exemption purchase. Also, I've had a problem with the register form installation and June and Duc Nguyen Van from the team support has solved it very proffesionally. So, higly recommended app.

Pricing rules not available at variant level. App can not increment or decrement the prices of variant skus independently, they are all tie up with parent.
