I needed a solution for my e-commerce shop to launch our wholesale program and this app did everything I needed and more. It was a serious game changer that allowed us to grow our wholesale business quickly and profitably. It has even given us solutions for other customer segments as we have grown. The most important thing, however, was the amazing, ongoing and seamless support by this team. Without them, we would have been lost. This app is incredible for B2B and wholesale solutions. Joy and her team have gone above and beyond to customise the app for our websites needs and have done it rapidly when we have needed it. The app itself has so many parts to it to be able to customise it to our companies needs and the B2B team are so quick in responding and solving and queries/issues. It's not easy to find a wholesale solution for your shopify website and honestly you can look no further than B2B. The customer service is second to none and they have created some very useful apps for our business.
App works as it's supposed to. When I had an issue with the app interacting weirdly with Shopify, the app's dev team provided great support. Highly recommend this app.

BSS: B2B/Wholesale Solution gives the ability to utilize many of the features that are only available on Shopify Plus. Especially the public API makes it exceptionally good for B2B retailers. You can't find a better alternative!
The usage of the app is quite easy and well documented, but installation isn't as straight forward as on other similar apps. However, BSS Commerce has provided superb support on installing and optimizing the experience on our store. I definitely recommend this and other BSS Commerce's apps!
