I have had the app installed for a few months. It is full of features but it is also unreliable and has a fair share of bugs. The pricing has failed MULTIPLE times and charged customers full price instead of the discounted rate. Previously (not in the past 2 months) the "servers" have also failed and caused customers to see and be charged full pricing. Now today I have added new products to custom pricing lists and the discounts are not working. It's really fustrating to pay $50/m for an app that is not reliable.
Top support.
We noticed a problem and it was quickly taken over and neatly resolved.

This is not a plug an play app. EVERYTHING needs to be installed by the dev team. The flow of how everything works for desktop, requires you to also explicitly request for mobile and tablet as well. This is frustrating when personally, I'd expect the same behaviour for all devices as a default, not the exception. This has led to much frustration.
The only saving grace is that they have been able to provide great customer service and quick solutions to all of the issues raised. However, there have been MANY issues.

=> Since we are not allowed to auto-upload code to the theme anymore, manual installation is needed. Also, every theme has a different structure and every site has its own 3rd-party app installed so it would be the best to let us help you with the setup to avoid any possible conflicts.

BSS Wholesale is the best Wholesale app we found for our needs. Even better, BSS has been very attentive and accessible to us during our build out. We have requirements that needed a decent amount of back and forth (don't we all??) with them and always got answers to our questions quickly along with solutions. As a side bonus, they have a wide variety of compatible programs which makes it so much easier. A one-stop shop Wholesale marketplace!

Installed the app. Went to enable it and is showed all our retail price listings to the public as WHOLESALE prices. Imagine all our customers getting products at wholesale prices. Complained to support, They were helpful but did not solve problems. Wanted a refund for the huge cost in lost revenue, They said no, so we uninstalled the app and it crashed our site . Froze the Check out cart and paralized sales for 6 hours. What a joke. You guys should not be selling this rubbish. You have cost us thousands in lost revenue.

Our dev said that the actual issue was caused by the theme, not our app. We have removed our app code from your site yesterday and also helped you fix the issue with the theme.

The app works great to separate our B2B from our B2C customers. The B2B account approval process and pricing tiers have helped us integrate our B2B site into our B2C site so we no longer need to maintain 2 separate sites. Support was very quick and helpful in getting this app integrated properly.
