BSS: B2B & Wholesale Solution

We are using two B2B apps from BSS team and they have been very helpful for our website and business.
The apps do have various features and can be easily activated via the App Dashboard such as special prices for wholesale customers, manual orders, login to see prices and etc. We have been discussing with the team via Whatsapp and Jonas (the support agent) has been very responsive in the meantime. Recently, we faced issues with login to see prices function & with setup custom pricing and Nguyen Dinh Khanh (the technical guy) have been checking very carefully and come up with a proper solution eventually. Our theme is a tricky one but they have successfully helped us to deal with it. Very responsive support manner! In addition, BSS Pricing Plan for these applications is quite reasonable and they also come with a 14-day free trial and free assistance. We would definitely recommend trying BSS Solution apps. Overall, I am quite satisfied so far. Appreciate a lot for the team's efforts and keep it up!"

I purchased the entire BSS Commerce suite of apps: Login/Lock & Hide Pricing, B2B Wholesale Solution and B2B Portal/Net Terms. All of the apps have great functionality and have made my wholesale program and checkout process much more efficient. Their customer support team stayed online with me helping me set everything up and make sure it worked just as I wanted. They were so patient!!

This app has completely changed how we interact with b2b clients and our website. It allows you to manage incoming potential customers, assign prices depending on customers' type, and use quantities purchases to determine pricing. We dealt with Steph who went above and beyond to sort out all of our problems and then some (Steph; you are a legend!). If you are a b2b facing business I cannot recommend them highly enough to create the perfect system for maximising sales and interoperability for ease of use and allows us more time to focus on serving our customers.

Emma and Nguyen Van Dong have been fantastic supporting the app to make it right for our site, very quick and proficient with the help they have given. The app works well in combination with other BSS apps to provide a B2B Shopify solution .

The app has a lot of functionality in one place, which I really appreciate. It's the only app I found that has a custom pricing function that fits my needs as a wholesaler. And the auto customer tagging is very convenient as well. I also use the Wholesale Registration form. It has been a bit buggy at times, but for the price for the whole package is very good comparative to other apps.

That leads me to the reason I would give this app 5 stars...The customer service is the best I've received using Shopify apps. June Nguyen and dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Nguyen Van have gone above and beyond to respond quickly to my problems and even develop custom solutions to help meet all my needs. Where the app lacks in function, their service makes up for. And I haven't come across a problem yet they haven't helped me fix in the end.

I recently had an issue with the problem and reached out to their customer support team. Not only did they get back to me within a few minutes, but they also went above and beyond to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction.
