BSS: B2B Wholesale Solution

Ho usato quest'app per rendere il mio eCommerce adatto anche a B2B perchè ha molte funzione utili. Ho utilizzato l'obbligo di registrazione con un form personalizzato e il Tax Display, mi sono trovato molto bene eccetto che potrebbero abilitare più compatibilità con i temi. In ogni caso l'assistenza di Josephine e dello sviluppatore Vu Phi Hung è stata perfetta e mi hanno aiutato in pochissimo tempo per tutte le mie richieste.

The support I have experienced thus far has been great! Most recently, I required some custom front end development work to display hidden prices on my B2B Cart page. I was using 2-3 other apps alongside BSS Commerce , which resulted in hidden product pricing. Within 24-hours of contacting Josephine Dao and Hai NN, the solution was resolved with a few lines of liquid code. I was completely hands off and they managed to solve everything for me.

Thanks to the tech guy Nguyen Minh Dang and the support agent Jonas for the great support in configuring and solving some problems quickly. The technical guy is very helpful and support manner was awesome. Jonas has helped to clarify the VAT concerns. VAT Display function and Custom Pricing for b2b customers really help. Ich habe gerade die B2B/Wholesale Solution App installiert und hatte einige Probleme mit der Formatierung einiger Seiten, aber mit dem superschnellen und hilfreichen Support von June N. und dem Entwickler Dong L.T. habe ich es zum Laufen gebracht. Nochmals vielen Dank für die freundliche und schnelle Unterstützung. So sollte es sein. Die App selbst ist sehr nützlich, da sie mir alles bietet, was ich zur Unterstützung der Großhandelsprozesse in meinem Geschäft benötige.

I don’t usually post reviews but with this app I felt I really needed to share our experience. Our store had a few custom requirements and the support has been very quick to respond and implement the desired fixes. I have seen that many app developers refer to excuses like “our app is not designed for this feature” but with BSS Commerce I have only seen willingness to understand and meet customer needs.

Big thanks to dev Hai Pham Dinh who quickly helped me with the customization of the Order form on my Portal. And a thank you to dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc who makes sure the Custom Prices is in sync with the portal.
The B2B/Wholesale Solution app is great for anyone wanting to set up B2B function within their website quickly. Setting up wholesale pricing, custom online forms, hiding prices, etc… This app is an “all-in-one” app with fantastic support. I look forward to growing our business with the B2B/Wholesale app!

The team at BSS Commerce have been the absolute best at helping us get set up with our new B2B store functionalities. Their apps are quite comprehensive but they are always on hand to assist in customizing the look of their widgets, any questions or concerns you might have and of course the app set up itself if anything seems a bit too tricky.
