The pricing structure of this app forces you to pay for the highest tier just to get all of the most basic features you should have for B2B. The ability to provide customers with tax exempt status is basic in B2B but you cannot offer that unless you are on the highest paid plan.

Hopefully the devs see this review and adjust things, but based on the other reviews, it does not appear they will ...

We use this app to facilitate many parts of our store. Over 350 custom tiered pricing rules for normal and b2b customers, b2b program enrollment, custom list prices for specific customers, and more. Great app, very helpful! I think the features are fairly comprehensive and they give you everything you would need to run a wholesale component to your store. Features were developed thoughtfully and the support team is pretty on top of anything you need. A lot of the functionality is also intuitive and makes it easy to navigate the UX. Highly recommend if you're exploring wholesale

We use BSS to allow small stores to wholesale our products. You can add important features like file upload requirements (W9, etc) and the entire process is VERY simple. Jonas is amazing and always available to help if any questions come up!
