Amazing app, I originally installed 4 different B2B apps to test, the features and support for BSS, B2B Pricing and Lock are by far the best available. Don't bother with other apps, just work with the BSS team and you won't regret it!

Excellent service, attentive and responsive professionals who know their trade. It's a pleasure to be able to talk to them, and to get ideas for developments to suit our needs. Jonas and his team solved some problems with the versions of the forms so I could translate them and verify the sender email. They did it quickly and perfectly

Terrible app, it is very complicated to set up and the support team took a long time to respond. If you use a custom theme, you need a special developer to implement the functions of the app. There is also no way to NOT charge a wholesale customer the VAT fee. When you apply a % discount for a customer across different markets, you need to manually enter a custom pricing for each product price, because the app is not able to automatically calculate the discounted price without the VAT %. We have wasted so many days trying to fix this and get this to work, all to no avail. You are much better off handling the orders manually or try out another app.

The app is amazing but in order to let the customers have the best experience i’ve talked to the team for some front end customizations.

First time it was Jonas that tooks care of my requests and he was so good in order to give me all the answers I needed. The customer service is at a very high level.

Then he let me speak with the dev team and Mida was my guy. In few days he made everything I needed and the talk was easy and pleasant.

I totally recommend this app, it’s team is amazing.

The app is very complex and unfortunately quite confusing to navigate. The user interface lacks clarity, making it difficult to find specific features or settings without spending a considerable amount of time exploring. This steep learning curve may be frustrating, especially for users who expect a more intuitive experience.

While the support team is generally friendly and tries to be helpful, they often seem to lack the necessary knowledge to resolve even basic issues, particularly when it comes to more advanced questions about the app or Shopify in general. Communication can also be challenging, as their English skills are sometimes limited, leading to misunderstandings or incomplete answers.
