BSS: B2B & Wholesale Solution

Using all three of the BSS apps for my store to gain a B2B functionality way out of the box for Shopify. Jonas has been there every step of the way, whether it's a code fix, or simply helping navigate using these apps to the fullest. Great products, but even greater support!

Through this app I was able to create a registration form where we are qualify new applicant to access our platform - Easy to configure.

The B2B Wholesale Solution by BSS is a well thought through application for our Shopify store. It is allowing us to manage our B2B clients in a professional manner. The team at BSS has bent over backwards to help us customize our UI and follow our branding concepts and even went beyond the call of duty to help us fix some glitches that we had on our site, which had nothing to do with the BSS implementation. The team headed by Jolie did an amazing job. I thank them for their professionalism, and their great attitude. Regardless of being half way around the world, it seemed as if they were next door. Congratulations to Jolie, who did an amazing job of caring and following up on details, and to the BSS team who worked tirelessly and quickly to entertain all my customization. I am very satisfied with the App so far, mainly because the customer service team is excellent. Their responses are very timely, and the service is thorough. There were many CSS style adjustments that I didn’t even request, but they noticed and helped me make the changes. I am very grateful for that. Since Shopify themes update quickly, sometimes the App may have compatibility issues, which I think is completely normal. The quality of the customer service is what really matters. My customer service representative, Jonas, was very patient in listening to my requests, and they were able to resolve most of our issues within the same business day. I highly recommend this App.

A quality app with the reasonable prices. 

PROs: support 24/7 (short delay), quick&easy UI/UX, lots of B2B options. Suitable for very large, itemized orders.

CONs: speed issues, when you store has multiple other apps installed.

There are some minor compatibility issues, but the dev team works hard to fix them.

Meanwhile, we've been working with Namyr from the BSS support. She is a very helpful person regardless of the issue reason.

The BSS B2B Solution app is easy to use and has lots of great features, such as tiered pricing with quantity and amount breaks (most apps only have quantity breaks), extra fees, order limits, and lots more. Emma and the BSS team are also very helpful and responsive. They helped us integrate our theme quickly and did a great job. Keep up the great work!
