BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution

I wouldn’t normally write reviews, they always feel a bit ‘forced’ if you know what I mean, but I to say a huge thank you to Joy Nguyen – our BSS support agent - and Le Trung Dong – the wizard of Development in the BSS team. The app is quite intuitive, but we did have some issues with our registration login page and customising the pricing on our product pages. We were quite hesitant to continue with the app at first, as we thought that if we engaged the BSS expert service that there would be some exorbitant extra fee for our specific requirements. However, it is utterly amazing that when I contacted them on Live Chat, they said that they will check what the issue is, delving deep to understand, and then wow, amazingly they knew exactly what our problem was and the best way for our business to solve it. Plus, they did all this for FREE for us! With detailed explanation of what code was required and where, and answered any additional questions we had confidently and clearly. Joy really lives up to her name, and absolute joy to work with, she is helpful, friendly and was dedicated to solving our issues. Dev Trung Dong is hard-working and really, really good at coding, so he solves the issue with some small added code as well as some notes for us about the page builder. I really love their service! Also, we had some issues with installation of Custom Pricing (CP) and inclusive / exclusive VAT price display, but I felt completely relieved of any concern, as they always helped us to check the installation. They also helped to make the integration work well with another third-party app. No matter what issues that may arise, they will try their very best to find another work around. They are so diligent, and their support service is outstanding! I recommend you have a try of this app and whenever you have any issue, just feel free to contact them and give them the detailed request. Then they will check your case and revert to you with the detailed answer. The app may be difficult for a novice to install the code, but don't worry because BSS dev team will absolutely help you with the installation for free. The support service is free, but it is amazing! We love it and we will definitely use them again and keep an eye out for any other apps you might be bringing out!

We have a very complex wholesale solution need and this app with conjunction of the other apps from BSS commerce works perfectly, couldn't be more happy with the customer experience and the app itself. Jennie P. and the tech support have been there to handle all my questions.

This app works really well and is easy to configure. Due to my theme, I needed a little extra help installing but I contacted the support team at BSS Commerce and they made the adjustments needed very quickly. We are using all 3 B2B apps provided by BSS on our website without issue and would recommend them to any store looking to add B2B functionality. The BSS Team are very knowledgeable and the support we have received is outstanding. Thanks especially to Emma and Hoa Xuan Duong who have gone above and beyond to get the set-up exactly as we required, even working the weekend when we had a rush query.

Great app, allows us to sell both to b2b customers and b2c customers. custom pricing options are endless and easily did everything we need. Team were fantastic in getting our store set up and running as part of the plan. Any problems they have dealt with fast and effectively. We also paid extra and had some store customization work done at the same time, fantastic service from Stephanie and all at BSS. No quibbles at all!

Very helpful and quick at making tweaks that were needed to the website. I love that when I am finding something to difficult, the team will access the site and fix it for me.

Being new to setting up a B2B commerce solution for the business, which can be quite daunting in the beginning, Jennie and the team have been a fantastic (and friendly) help, always quick to respond with either fixes, answers or regular updates if our requirements are a little more complex, which has felt really reassuring!! I feel confident about working with this app and the team as the website and business evolves and grows.

Good app, does what it stated well. Need to add the hide payment method functions ASAP.
