We haven't launched our site yet so I can't say how all the functions work, but we are excited to see that. Customer service is excellent, responds promptly and helps resolve any issues.

We use this app for our reseller clients. We are very happy about this solution cause its much easier for our clients to order and also the selling volume of the resellerd get up.

The Support team is super fast and resolves every issue immediately.

From the start that I installed the app, Emma has helped me with all my questions and problems. Emma even provided some custom adjustments. Nothing goes too far for this app builder. The support is very fast and good. I will recommend everyone to use this app.

Great app. We use it for our B2B order portal - The EU Tax exemption is not perfect but we were able to find an accounting work around (Germany). When I was having problems getting my registration form to appear correctly on my website, I sent a chat message to support and they were about to fix my problem quickly.

I have installed the app and it worked directly after installation. Both on regular Shopify and Plus version. The functionalities of this app are quite impressive and the support is super. I am using this app to solve the complex VAT excempt rules in Europe and have created different forms for private or business customers with VAT number. Based on the forms I show the prices incl. or excl. VAT automatically. I have exchanged several emails with Customer Support Executive Emma. Together with the Technician, Nguyen, she answered all my questions within 24 h. I had some questions about the app’s functionality and needed some changes specific for my shopify theme. Not one question or request for change is to much. And all this support is included in the monthly fee. No wonder that I am a happy customer of the BSS B2B/wholesale solution for Shopify.

BSS has been very helpful getting me up and running with my site’s backend features. I was skeptical at first that they would be able to handle my requests and questions but Emma, Hoang, and Nguyen have come to my rescue numerous times.

My business needs certain UI/UX requirements to help our customers navigate our site. Things like Net Terms and quick ordering have to be integrated in our site because we only sell to wholesale customers.
