BSS: B2B & Wholesale Solution

First of all, I'd like to say that this plugin is definitely worth considering if you're looking for a B2B/wholesale solution for your online store. The functionality it provides is impressive, and it has made managing our wholesale customers and orders much easier.

One of the best things about this plugin is the excellent support that comes with it. We've had a few questions and issues along the way, and the support team (June and Duc Nguyen Van were responsible for us) has been incredibly helpful. They've even gone out of their way to customize the plugin to fit our specific needs, which we really appreciate.

In terms of functionality, the plugin offers everything we need to manage our wholesale business. We can set different prices for different customer groups, manage minimum order quantities, and offer tiered pricing based on order volume. We can also customize the checkout process to include additional fields for wholesale customers, such as tax ID and business name.

B2B/Wholesale Solution is a good app if you are running a B2B website for wholesalers. It allows you to manage incoming potential customers, assign special prices depending on customers' type, and use Custom pricing purchases to determine pricing.
B2B Login and Lock Access app is also from BSS, which is also a great app for using too. I can lock specific content for certain customers who have the access to our website and allow customers can access the page with a few steps of simple settings.
We dealt with the BSS Commerce's support representative June Nguyen who was very responsive to deal with our problems and answer my questions. The tech guy is awesome too when he has worked hard on my case to bring out the results. Dev Phu Dao Van helped with styling the form, the other devs are Hau Nguyen Tien, Phong Bui Thanh and Khanh Nguyen Dinh fix the error of showing custom prices on my site when the theme and the app are a little incompatible. They did a great job.
There's some error on my site and struggling to make the rule work but the team did an amazing job on make it works.

Installation of the app was easy, in the test phase I was able to test all functions. I was able to set everything up easily with the help of the help and instructions. The package covers many business solutions and works perfectly. Then I had requests, which were fulfilled in the test phase, quickly and professionally. The programming was expanded quickly, and I suggested even more advanced features, it will be solved soon :)

Great app, with even greater customer service. Jena and Dong Le Trung helped us create custom Registration forms for our store. They had no issues with any of the prototype design we sent over, and they designed the form exactly how we wanted with proper functionality as well. Their communication was quick and I highly recommend their services.

The module meets the business' needs and the support has been great so far. The Devs Nguyen Tien Hau and Nguyen Vu Manh Cuong have been incredibly helpful with customisations to the B2B module.

Jena from the BSS team has been assisting our team for months as we have built a couple of sandbox and live wholesale Shopify stores. They have been really accommodating and are always coming out with new features and updates to make their apps better. Being new to Shopify (coming from Magento), BSS was a name I recognised - I decided to go with their Wholesale solution because it ticked all the boxes that their Magento equivalent did. There were a few issues (mainly with me) but they were always happy to assist and did so very fast. Would recommend this to ANYONE looking to have a retail/wholesale combo store (We're UK based and it works perfect with IOSS)

The app works great! we're using it on for b2b registration/approval, custom pricing rules, and vat inc/excl display and just touching the surface of what it does.
