Did exactly what we wanted for wholesale customer and displaying prices as inc/ex VAT which other apps we tried did not do.

Setting up which products I wanted to included as wholesale was very easy but when it came to displaying VAT I needed some assistance, I contacted customer service via live chat and June was extremely helpful, as well as developer Cuong Nguyen Quoc. They even worked late to assist us as we are in different timezones. Would definitely recommend.

The support team, including Josephine and Nguyen Vu Manh Cuong have been AMAZING!! They walked us through the process to configure their app to work for our site. Our site is complicated because it services WHOLESALE accounts and retail accounts. Definitely recommend working with this group. Their service and support is the best of any app development team with which we have worked.

Joy Nguyen und Dao van Phu haben mir bei meinen Problemen sehr weitergeholfen. Zunächst sollte ich den Code meines Shops ändern. Ich habe keine Erfahrung in diesem Bereich und habe mich daher an den Service gewandt. Es kam eine schnelle Rückmeldung und mein Problem wurde von Joy und Dao einwandfrei gelöst. Danach hatte ich noch weitere Fragen die mir sofort beantwortet wurden. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr gut! Ich habe immer eine Antwort in Deutsch zurückbekommen und alles war immer sehr nachvollziehbar.
Wenn ich ein Problem habe werde ich mich auch in Zukunft immer bei Joy und Dao melden.

I am happy to write a positive review about the app's features and excellent customer support. The app is incredibly user-friendly and has many useful features that make it easy to use. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist users with any questions or issues.

This app provides unique and various functions with regard to pricing policies that caters wholesalers' needs.This app works great and when it dont just ask support and they will make it work for you. Always quick response and whit the talented team i was up running on no time.

I installed the app and set up the rules immediately, which more fairly easy to understand, but still had an issue with the custom pricing on the collection page. Luckily Emma and her technician Minh Tri were super quick and fixed me the issue and even game me a walk through in a video call. I am exited to start using it.

I've had this app installed since Sept 21st, 2023. And to this date, I'm still sending emails resolving many little bugs and feel handcuffed to this app ecosystem. Here are some things that you should be aware of this app before you download:

* You will always need to pay for a premium features, not just the lower scale one.
* You will need to install separate apps for features that let you customize further. We are a small shop with 11 products and still needed 2 more of their apps, which means two more subscriptions and a total cost of over $125/month for all these services.
* There customer service, while friendly and can fix things in a day or two, is in Vietnam and you have to wait 24hrs for every question to respond.
* There is typically many things labeled differently or built in the app that needs some further discussion/translation as they are labeled differently than I would prefer. I assume this because translating things between Vietnamese and English can cause some hiccups.
* Unless you want to work Vietnam business hours - find a different app with customer support geared towards your time zone.
* In the end, I'm a small business investing 7 weeks of work into this app and no customers actually using it fluidly.
* I have my hands tied that I have to keep this app because of costs and feel I can't make a change, especially with holiday season approaching.

Please be mindful when making a decision - they have great ratings but I suspect it's because throughout my 90+ email chain since 9/21/2023 to date, they've asked me to write a review about once a week. While professional and nice, they look to optimize reviews more than solve my actual problem and it's unfair.
