BSS B2B Wholesale Solution

Making some progress in creating our wholesale site. I recommend using this to start learn how to create your wholesale business. This app provides many tools and you get support from the developers.

App has great features and helpdesk always responds quickly, very service-minded! The only minor issue is that it cannot be combined with add-ons that come with a price (then the price of the add-on just isn't calculated.

Because Shopify does not offer options for B2B sales (unless you use Shopify Plus), we were looking for a solution. Our desire was to serve both our retail customers and our B2B customers in one environment. Fortunately, after some research, we found the app BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution that allowed us to make this happen.

The support is excellent! Whenever we contacted through the BSS Solutions app, Jonas always responded quickly and very helpfully. Our questions were answered almost immediately and any problems quickly resolved.

If we had to mention some cons, it is that for creating and/or sending invoices you still need to find an external app or create the invoices manually. Furthermore, you need at least the Advanced Plan if you want to reverse VAT and at least Platinum if you want to set custom prices for different product variants and/or collections.

All in all, this doesn’t make the app cheap, but it is still a lot cheaper than the Shopify Plus Plan.

Good app, however, it didn't work right away when I installed it.

I had to contact their technical team, but they were very responsive, so no issues there.

Just a little pricey too.

Aside from these two points, it's a 5-star rating.

Service has been amazing and I have achieved exactly what I wanted however the cost is quite high. I would also note you may need to subscribe to 2 apps to get the desired outcome. I would recommend this as a BSB app it does seem to be within the same costs as others so based on service alone I can’t fault the fast response

Some bugs appear sometimes, but the support is always really responsive and professionnal.

Good app, not a 5/5 as things could always be improved but overal it's working. A bit too expensive in my opinion though.
Good customer service.

I recently need to contact the support team to help with a wholesale pricing display problem in the app. The team's response was immediate and the problem quickly identified and resolved. I would therefore like to thank Jonas and the team of Nguyen Dinh Khanh, Nguyen Ngoc Hai. Thank you.

It's not the perfect solution, because you have to assign coupon codes for the wholesale customers through the app. Your wholesale customers can't use "normal" Shopify coupon codes while using this app, which most rewards programs incompatible. (Because most rewards programs create coupon codes when someone redeems their points, but these codes are regular Shopify codes that wholesale customers can't use.) After a lot of experimenting with many apps, we have found a reward program that will work alongside this app - a reward program that uses gift cards instead of coupon codes. It's not the ideal solution for us, but we have adjust and it works fine now. The support always gets back to you within a day and is very helpful, and the app has a lot of features. Overall I'm very happy with it.
