not work as described, even pro plan is joined, prices are still visible in goggle search and sometimes customer still able to purchase even lock is on, caused big trouble to B2B customers. CS feedback cannot guarentee 100% hidding all the prices. Totally irresponsible.

Absolut Empfehlenswert! Tolles Team und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Mir wurde sofort ohne langes drumherum geholfen! Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten mit dem Schlossbild und es hat sich ein Mitarbeiter aufgeschaltet und die notwendigen Schritte durchgeführt. Es wurde sogar mitgedacht, denn das neue Bild war etwas zu groß. Es wurde kurzerhand für mich angepasst. DANKE!

The Sami B2B Lock, Password Protect app is a very nice add-on for Shopify users. Shopify lacks such an important feature where if you have some products on pre-order, you don't want the public access to them before the pre-order date but perhaps a certain customer group such as VIP members.

The Sami B2B Lock, Password Protect app is the great solution to this and perfectly works for my application. While there is one item I wish they could address would be to allow the locked product's placeholder to be clickable for the user to access the locked page. But as a workaround, I'll include the link to the protected product in an e-mail and share the password to the customer group.

Haley from Samita is awesome! She went above and beyond to customize the app to match my theme's fonts and colors and replaced the standard lock image, with one that matches my products. Also when the Sami B2B Lock changed the interface, it had a bug but Haley quickly reached out to her developer to fix it. Many thanks to Haley and cheers to the Samita support and development teams! Shopify's awful AI could use more humans on their Support Team especially needing more talent like Haley! Thank you again!

This super app does as it says. It allows our store to protect certain products that are only for specific customers from the general public. Support are normally quick to resolve any issues. I have been using the app for a number of months and in that time had no major issues.

For the most part, this app works very well in allowing us to restrict access to our wholesale customers, who need a password to login to our Wholesale categories. This keeps consumers out of wholesale and allows us to do business on both sides.
Their tech support is very responsive.
