Sami B2B Lock,Password Protect

The locks barely ever work out of the box. There is always some component that doesn't work correctly, so customers can find ways around the locks. When you contact customer support, they will first not believe you and act annoyed, give snarky answers, and be rude. Stay away if you can.

not work as described, even pro plan is joined, prices are still visible in goggle search and sometimes customer still able to purchase even lock is on, caused big trouble to B2B customers. CS feedback cannot guarentee 100% hidding all the prices. Totally irresponsible.

I wanted to like SamiB2B, but unfortunately was told my requirements were "impossible". I wanted to lock a community page, and have access by paying customers - who have a tag on their customer account. I contacted them for support. They only responded when I jumped on chat the next day. They seemed confused when I queried why it was impossible as surely for security, limiting access to specific customers is usual. They responded with the app is "basic". I need better guarantees than this, so looking elsewhere. Disappointing :/

It was not pleasant to go through this. The agent pushed on a review before I activated this. Then after 5 trials, we still weren't able to activate this feature.

Couldn't get it to work and somewhat confusing. Used the help chat facility and despite my message showing read I got no reply. Uninstalled and reverted to my previous lock app.

Didn't work, customer service couldn't help other than wanting me to add them as a collaborator and giving them even more access to my site. this is likely a scam app.

Not only did Sami B2B Lock,Password Protect fail to deliver on its promises, but it also wasted my time and left me utterly frustrated. I strongly advise against using this app until its developers address these critical issues and improve their customer support practices.
