This app works perfectly! It’s simple, effective, and totally free —exactly what I needed to notify my customers when products are back in stock.
I had a small issue and the support team helped me immediately. Fast, friendly, and super efficient. Highly recommended!
I was having a problem with the app setup, which was not the fault of the design team at all. So I can't give it a 5 star because I didn't set it up properly and therefore it hasn't been working correctly. However, the support team was very quick to respond and helped me fix the settings in just a couple of emails and a couple of days! Thank you so much.
The app is so user friendly that you don't really need customer support. The one time I did need them, customer support responded very quickly and had already tested the issue to find a solution before responding. There was no need for me to repeat myself multiple times they way I do with other support services.

App was working brilliantly, a customer notified of an issue and the developer was straight on it and then the app was working brilliantly again straight away, this app is really helpful to our business and was so easy to install on our website, being able to see what people are waiting to restock has helped us focus on what stock is popular!
Multiple times recently, we have had outages that have lasted several days.
I don't know if they plan on dropping support or something, but I would stay away and go with something else. You can't trust it.
